this reminds me of the war..civilians hanging around madness then not understanding why they get fucked up...if a bank gets robbed i would not be caught in the vault..

Wow you're really wrong about that, I work in OTR its not that bad. Cincinnati had crime but what large downtown city doesn't. I also went to school in the heart of OTR and never had much trouble.

@ObamaIsaChimp So were you raised as a racist or did something happen to you? Because this is also not true. I'v been in OTR at all hours of the night. I've walked from the river all the way to 13th street at midnight and its not a problem. i've never had a problem downtown.
